Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin with Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 leek

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 1 lb broccoli florets

  • 1/2 lb cauliflower florets

  • 1 lb sausage

  • butter

  • 2 tbsp Dijon

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 1/2 cups cheddear cheese

  • 2 tsp thyme

  • salt

  • pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Chop leek, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, and sausage into no larger than 1 inch slices

  • Fry everything up until you add some color and reduce the volume a bit

  • put into pan, mix mustard and sour cream together, then pour over veggies

  • add cheese on top

  • Bake for about 15 minutes
